Reo joined Allan Gray in 2024 as a senior legal adviser in the Retail Legal team. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Law degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree, both from the University of the Western Cape. Reo also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning from Stellenbosch University.
